The online form for custom requirements is now live on our website. Submit your use case, preferred cabin type, space dimensions, desired delivery date, and contact details in one go. A dedicated representative will follow up to streamline the process and eliminate repetitive confirmations.
After submission, a team member will contact you within one business day to verify details and provide cabin type recommendations, configuration lists, and quotes. Once the plan is confirmed, production begins. For custom models, we first confirm structure and dimensions before scheduling manufacturing, final testing, and on-site installation. Any changes to dimensions, configurations, or delivery dates must be documented in writing to avoid miscommunication from verbal discussions.
Completing your registration details upfront streamlines early communication. If you can pre-measure the venue dimensions, doorways and elevator access, and equipment room locations, your design proposal can be finalized in one round. Leave uncertain fields blank for your point of contact to fill in during the on-site confirmation.
